A little behind here but this is the t shirt I made for st. patricks day me daughter and I both wore them.

Well my friend and copy writer is moving on to a new position, instead of getting her a card for the department to sign I decided to do something a little more personal for her. See she is my copy writer and she keeps me in check so when I forget to put the copyright info on pieces we do together we butt heads and she always wins. Mary we will miss you and good luck at the new home.

Well I did these a couple months ago while I was neglecting the blog so now that I am back…check it out.

I have been working a new freelance gig. It is a bar here in Lincoln, NE. It was a fun project I got to try out some illustrator techniques and really hone my skills. I pulled a lot of influence from Hydro74 and Twhite on this project so definitely want to give my shout out there.

Everyone at one point in their life has at least heard of pogs or milkcaps, you know that stupid game you used to play that consisted of heavy paper discs and a slammer. Well when I was out and about today I ran across the new up and coming game to revive the pog craze. The game is called Kootie Kootie sounds weird but the game is somewhat interesting and the design of the product and packaging is pretty cool and eye catching. The purpose of the game is to get your piece to overlap you opponents piece and that would be considered a pin. Its pretty cool check it out if you have time.

Here are some of the pics from my First Friday trip. The B-Boy crew in the pics is Uncommon Alliance. They are pretty damn good and there monthly show at First Friday gets bigger and better every month, It’s really cool because they break to live drum beats.

I just got back from a family trip to Las Vegas, my first time back in six months since we moved. I definately miss being out there, I did quite a bit while I was there and didn’t even visit the Strip once although I did go downtown where Fremont steet is. I should be posting some photos of the monthly art experience First Friday and also the Breast cancer walk that I did with my sister and mom through Summerlin.

Well I have decided to enter this logo in the Nebraska chapter of the AIGA call for entries show.
