Here is my pumpkin happy Halloween!

Here is a little piece I am working on. This is only in the first few stages but I am feeling pretty good about it.

Here are some of the pics from my First Friday trip. The B-Boy crew in the pics is Uncommon Alliance. They are pretty damn good and there monthly show at First Friday gets bigger and better every month, It’s really cool because they break to live drum beats.

I just got back from a family trip to Las Vegas, my first time back in six months since we moved. I definately miss being out there, I did quite a bit while I was there and didn’t even visit the Strip once although I did go downtown where Fremont steet is. I should be posting some photos of the monthly art experience First Friday and also the Breast cancer walk that I did with my sister and mom through Summerlin.

Well I have decided to enter this logo in the Nebraska chapter of the AIGA call for entries show.

For some reason I have been really wanting to do day of the dead skulls I think I was inspired by MAXX242. This is a little piece I did on cardboard with ink.

Well I feel like an Idiot. I posted a few days ago givin props to Hydro74 and TWhite. In that post I said that they were from SoCal… I am wrong. My mistake, I don’t know where I came up with that. They are in Florida. Sorry guys my mistake.  Please don’t mock me too bad.

Many of you may not know this but I recently was in risk of losing my job. The company I work for just made some major layoffs across the country and we lost four in my department only one of them was a designer though. It is a sad time for all and we had to say good bye to too many friends, with luck all will be good for them. I wish them the best of luck.

I Have been working on this type piece for  a friend. This is made for a T shirt but on the Tee I will not be using the flames. Hope you like.

I wanted to take the time to give some props and show some respect to a couple of illustrators that I am a huge fan of. Most of you know of the artist Hydro 74, this guy is amazing and at the same time seems to come off very modest and down to earth. Another artist that I want to throw out there is Troy White, These two designers are out of Southern California and from what I know of them through there own blogs they are friends. I have know idea if I will ever get to meet these guys or if they will ever read this blog but I can only aspire to be half as good as they are and to do good design.
